Orders are usually dispatched within one business day. All orders ship for a flat rate of $7.50 Australia-wide.
We use Australia Post for delivery. The package can be tracked and delivery typically occurs within five business days.

All international orders are experiencing delays of up to one week to all destinations, due to ongoing limited air capacity.
Shipping to the USA and Canada is done at a flat shipping rate of AUD$22, except for large or heavy items that incur additional charges. The cart page always reflects the actual shipping cost.
Our website charges in Australian dollars. The actual price charged will be subject to the exchange rate of your local currency applied by the credit or debit card company. Your financial services provider may charge currency conversion and administration fees on purchases and any refunds that we provide.
All international orders are sent with Australia Post Express and exclude customs and tax charges. Until your shipping address is set on the cart page, you may see Australia-oriented taxes included in the price.

Our products come with a one month warranty, during which period we will replace a defective product free of charge. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, abuse, loss, or unintended use.
