GripMe Waterproof Blanket (all sizes)

You can use the GripMe Waterproof Blanket just about anywhere you need waterproof protection. Most customers use it as a waterproof blanket for bed intimacy, it keeps your sheets and mattress completely dry while you enjoy stress-free moments with your partner. It also works great over the couch to protect against spills, in the car for muddy kids or pets, or outdoors for picnics and camping. The silicone grip backing keeps it firmly in place on any surface, so it won't slide or bunch up. It's lightweight and easy to fold, making it a great absorbent blanket to take with you wherever you go.

The GripMe Waterproof Blanket comes in three sizes to suit different needs. The Medium/Travel (100x70cm) is ideal for targeted protection or travel, great as a compact waterproof blanket for couples who want portable coverage. The Large/Standard size (140x100cm) is the most popular size and works well for most bed setups, giving you plenty of room for comfortable, mess-free intimacy. The XL/Queen (200x140cm) offers full-bed coverage and total freedom to move on a double or queen size bed. All sizes are available in Blue, Dark Purple, and Grey. If you're unsure, the Large is a great starting point for most customers.

Banana Passion waterproof blankets are soft and safe for adults, children, and pets. They're popular as a love blanket for couples, but they're equally useful for families with young children, pet owners, or anyone who wants waterproof protection without the plastic feel or crinkle of traditional mattress protectors. Recently, we found out that people have been using this as a hot yoga towel mat, so basically a towel that they put it on their mat, because it is non-slip, waterproof and helps them to keep them Yoga mat clean. How fantastic is that!
All our blankets are independently tested and certified to OEKO-TEX Standard 100, which means they are free from harmful substances and safe for direct skin contact.

The GripMe Waterproof Blanket is different because it combines a thin, soft, highly absorbent waterproof design with a silicone-grip backing that keeps it firmly in place. Unlike bulky waterproof bed covers, stain-proof sheets and medical-style pads, it feels soft and comfortable on top, stays quiet without crinkling, and does not slide or bunch up during use.
The absorbent polar-fleece top quickly draws in spills, while the internal waterproof TPU layer helps protect the surface underneath from leaks. Its silicone-dot backing grips sheets and other surfaces, making it especially practical as an intimacy blanket, waterproof love blanket, couch protector or travel mat.
GripMe is also designed for easy everyday care. Because it is thinner than many traditional waterproof blankets, it is easier to machine wash and dries faster. Simply wash it after use, dry it completely, and it is ready to use again.

Wash your GripMe Waterproof Blanket separately in the washing machine on a cold or warm cycle, up to 40°C, using a fast spin. Avoid delicate cycles, as they may not remove enough water from the blanket. For best results, run an extra spin cycle after washing to remove more moisture and reduce drying time. GripMe’s thin design helps it dry faster than thicker, traditional waterproof blankets. Pre-treat heavy stains, such as blood or wine, with a suitable stain remover before washing. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. For odours, add one tablespoon of bicarbonate of soda to the wash. Line dry the blanket in the shade and make sure it is completely dry before folding or storing it. Full care instructions are included with your product.

The GripMe Waterproof Blanket was born directly from customer feedback. Our original product was the QuickDrying Waterproof Blanket, which customers loved for its absorbency and fast drying time, but some customers told us it would bunch up and slide around during use, which was frustrating during intimate moments. So we went back to the drawing board and designed a completely new product from scratch. The GripMe is 100% original, no one else sells a waterproof intimacy blanket with soft silicone grip backing that holds the blanket firmly in place on your sheets. We developed this stay-put technology specifically so couples could enjoy the moment without being interrupted by a blanket that won't stay where you put it. It's Australian-designed by a woman-led business that listens to what customers actually need.

Absolutely. The Banana Passion GripMe Waterproof Blanket is designed as a waterproof intimacy blanket for couples who want to fully relax without worrying about stains, wet spots, or messy spills. It's soft and thin for maximum comfort, while the discreet waterproof layer provides 100% leak-proof protection, making it a popular choice as a love blanket for couples. The silicone grip backing keeps the blanket in place so it won't slide around during use, and it's easy to clean — just machine wash and it's ready for next time. Many customers also use it as a waterproof blanket for bed sex, massage oils, and other intimate moments.

Both the GripMe and QuickDrying are popular waterproof blankets for couples, and both are thin, absorbent, and quick to dry. The key difference is the backing. The QuickDrying blanket (our original waterproof blanket) had a smooth TPU film on the back, which meant it could slide on surfaces like fitted sheets due to extra movement which some customers found it frustrating during intimacy. The GripMe blanket on the other hand has a soft silicone dot backing that grips onto whatever surface it's placed on, so it stays put and won't bunch up. If you're looking for a waterproof intimacy blanket that stays in place on the bed, the GripMe is the better choice.

No. The GripMe Waterproof Blanket is designed to be quiet and does not make the crinkly or rustling sound often associated with plastic-backed waterproof sheets and mattress protectors. Its thin waterproof TPU layer sits between a soft polar-fleece top and a silicone-grip backing, helping the blanket feel soft and comfortable rather than plastic-like. It feels and sounds much more like a regular soft blanket while still providing leak-proof protection and staying in place.
