How it Works:

• Orders dispatched within 2 business days
• Standard shipping: Delivery in 2-6 business days (Australia) and 4-9 business days (New Zealand) from dispatch
• During peak periods, dispatch delays may occur
• Once shipped, Banana Passion® is not responsible for courier delays

Click and Collect Pickup:

• Free collection available from our Chiswick, NSW warehouse. Simply select Click and Collect at checkout
• Wait for your confirmation email and text before coming to collect
• Pickup hours: 9am–5pm, Monday–Thursday. We are flexible if you want to come during other times. However that has to be agreed with the owner via a text. Remember this is not a store front and sometimes we are away for deliveries or even doing postal runs for our orders.

Delivery Partners:

• We use Australia Post for fast, safe delivery
• Tracking links are sent via Australia Post once dispatched. Please check your junk emails if you have not received the link.

Secure Delivery:

• Please ensure a safe, secure location for your parcel
• Banana Passion® cannot replace items marked as delivered and stolen from your address

International Shipping:

• We ship worldwide — real-time rates and delivery estimates calculated at checkout
• Orders dispatched from Australia within 2 business days
• Customs clearance and remote locations may add extra time

Order Changes & Cancellations:

• Requests accepted before your confirmation email is sent
• Once confirmed, orders are binding (see our refunds & returns for exceptions)

Returns:

• Contact us before returning your order
• Items must be unopened and in saleable condition
• Return shipping is at your cost
